shoes: Mizuno (June 15)

2-person MSR training with Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Czech, Ukraine etc. etc. in Grebbestad. Awesome mass start with all the big guns ;-) Tried to observe & learn as much as possible about the routes they took.

Tistedal - slower paced sprint course & a rerun of the first part again to test out some different route choices

Sprint course in Guldheden, getting over my phobia of cutting through the terrain! Pleased to choose the best route on the long leg :) really cool area
