What a setting for a race, loving it! & 16mins of pain = perfect training. Ran the fastest ladies time of the day, about 30secs faster than I thought I would be so dead chuffed with that :) all round awesome day!
VO2max test at MMU - really nervous that I wouldn't have improved since November but my graph was a textbook improvement :) :) yay! Ran for 3.5mins longer & completed another stage with a lower HR and lower lactate reading - LT is now at the next speed up. Happy happy. Feel a bit more confident that my physical shape is there if I could only sort my brain out ;) Got a proper plan from Bash too for the next 7 weeks (find it loads easier if someone just tells me what to do) so a really good day.
