Another top weekend with the sprint crew. Always come away from these feeling reassured & motivated. Fab to practice racing processes with a learning focussed outcome.

Practice JK sprint race at Loughborough Uni - really needed this. Big confidence boost. Always good to see what falls apart & needs work when you're racing before you get to the races ;-) Speed is fine.

Beaut evening for voluntarily running up & down a hill.
Shout out to the top couple sat in their garden who cheered & clapped literally every time I ran past for 30 minutes solid with no loss of enthusiasm. Would defs have mentally given up without you! No1 fans ;-)
