Legs fairly tired but still nice to get out in the rain - along the (v. muddy) Thames path & back through the woods. Saw a glass box / dining room suspended above the river at the bottom of one garden - far too much money!

6 x 4mins (3min) - really good session, pushing hard to stay with the boys.
Trying to make training more orienteering specific so planning some sprint route choices whilst jogging in the breaks. Got so much harder towards the end of the session to even get my brain to focus on the task. Sparked a lot of interested/curious questions anyway - some people now enlightened to the fact we have to read the map whilst actually running ;-)

Poorly foot since the weekend - on antibiotics now, but most annoying is that it hurts to wear a shoe!
