TVXC @ Eton - muddy fun & 80 seconds faster than last year :-) but not feeling great again... not sure what's wrong. Felt exhausted after like 3km (?) and had no fight to get back to the pack - just wanted to stop which is very unusual. Cheered up by tea and cuddles with the RR doggies :)

Brutal10 - this did not feel as enjoyable as usual - trying to hold back so I can race tomorrow & also it was bloody freezing in that lake!! 2nd behind Ana who was not convinced by this British madness ;)

10 x (500m fast + 100m faster [200m])
Probably a bit too fast as pushing on for the top end of my 'interval pace' on just the 500's, but it was just too much fun! :) Surprised myself that I could overtake almost everyone on the 100m sprint even though I was hanging on the 500's.
