Probably stupid but had entered a 10km & my ankle felt okay when I woke up so decided to just do it - but I had to run well within my comfort zone, take zero risks, and stop immediately if it hurt. Pretty much jogged and still won. Ankle totally fine.

Crocked my ankle & it made a pretty horrendous sound. Sore to touch but fine to walk on. Very odd. Came home straight away anyway - not worth it for an easy run.
