Wanted something faster so went along to parkrun so I'd have some people to push me a bit, but ran at threshold pace rather than all out effort. Hamstring feels much better than yesterday, I think it just needed a good stretch!

Wow that was hard! Thoughts of giving up/curling into a ball/crying definitely crossed my mind on several occasions...! Clearly there were a lot of improvements to be made - a step up in intensity from pilates for sure ;)
