Brutal10 (Bagshot) - the best fun, will never stop loving brutal! #AsRomanticAsMyLifeGets ;-) Felt awesome as usual from about 4km onwards. Learnt how to run through the water bits now too, so not losing time there anymore :) The hills were hard though - had to resort to power walking after a while & was just sliding back down most of them! Easy win in the end (after the lady who wouldn't stop surging past me in the first km eventually backed off!!) & not very many men ahead at all this week - yay :) - trying to learn how to be more confident and aggressive in my racing
