Wanted to test whether my fitness was coming back after this injury so went along to parkrun. 65 seconds faster than in August & only another 30 to go to get back to where I was at Easter (before I can finally start making improvements!)
Really satisfied - makes training worth it when you can measure yourself getting better.

There was a BKO event not so far from Reading, so just drove straight across after parkrun. Awful weather & fairly awful area haha. Pretty certain no. 4 was in the wrong clearing (took at least 5 mins to locate along with about 10 other people) & was not near the big open area. Aside from that I wasn't going to bother bashing through all the bracken, so just tootled round the paths for most of the course.
