The dreaded weights! Not my favourite ever session, but important to do, and made a little break for my legs after yesterday & this mornings walk. Did 2 x 20min circuits - with barbell, dumbbell, kettlebell & abs exercises.

Aaaah so much fun! :-)
Wanted to do one of these for ages & even though I am super not fit at the moment, decided to just not care & go race anyway. and absolutely loved it!
Felt really O specific, with lots of little hills and forest running.
Super happy to be 3rd lady & only 1 minute-ish behind Ruth (& more importantly beat many wimpy men).
Now I'm keen to get fit so this doesn't feel so hard next time ;)

Worst effort ever - bit of jogging before, but couldn't even manage 50m afterwards haha. My lungs/legs were having none of it.
