Needed some motivation to do a faster run so thought that parkrun would be a good opportunity to wake my lungs up. Ran with Paulina - faster than a comfortable run, but definitely not all out. Was nice to do something a bit more tempo-y & shock my legs/lungs back into use :)

Well I still suck at pilates! By far the least flexible person there - like I actually can't even sit on the floor with my legs out & have a straight back, appalling. Definitely going to do either this or yoga regularly though for my core, and hopefully some flexibility will come as a consequence.
