Running (Terrain) 1:02:00 [2] 8.4 km (7:23 / km) +150m 6:47 / km
shoes: Mudclaw 300

Drove out to Cold Ash for some terrain running - another goal of mine to do more of this rather than just going on the roads round Caversham. SO FUN! Plotted a route on the map that had a good mix of paths, forest, hills, and an extreme amount of mud! like the entire hour was just running through churned up mud!! :) Felt like a lot of hard work but hey only one way to get fitter in this stuff & i don't want to become a poncey southerner & go getting soft or owt ;)

Gym 45:00 [1]

Joined a new gym much closer to my house, which is soooo much more friendly :-) Had an induction today & then did some rowing and xt afterwards. This one also has pilates, yoga, circuits and spin classes which will be awesome - i really want to do more strength and core work this winter for injury prevention. Feel a resurgence of motivation for the coming months.

Running 1:11:00 [2] 11.75 km (6:03 / km)

Run home from work along the towpath, such a nice route, but a bit far to do everyday! :-) was struggling a bit but just kept plodding it out & glad that I did.

Running 40:00 [3] 7.0 km (5:43 / km)
shoes: Asics Gel Kayano 20 (Pink)

Body has recovered from switzerland, but still limited to 40mins as some leg pain remains. Nice / boiling jog along the Thames to the nature reserve and back. Looking forward to finding some fun new routes for autumn running.

Stretching 10:00 [0]

Not actual training I know - but going to log to make sure that I actually stretch in future.
