Orienteering 1:27:04 [2] 6.5 km (13:24 / km) +320m 10:45 / km

Good training to go at this speed round a course - been a long time since I did any real orienteering technique training. Got totes lost at number 3, which looks so easy now but didn't make sense at the time. 9-16 was soooo nice. Then a bit of a slog back.

Too stubborn to go to the Lakes and not go round a course, so just jogged - probably made injuries much worse but I had fun

Really painful trapped nerve/tight muscle. Same as I had last Saturday & it really hurts even just walking. Seemed to ease off after a few days last time but then flaired up as soon as I ran. Doing mega amounts of stretching & foam rolling - I sooo want to race this weekend :(

Leg has been hurting the last few days - if it's not enjoying walking then I don't really think running is the sensible option!
