Not feeling very keen for this & didn't feel like I pushed on very much. Still came out with a 5second pb though, so I don't really know if this session was good or bad?! I guess good that it didn't feel like so much effort to run fast, but I was hoping for a hard training & my body didn't really feel like this session fulfilled that aim.
