A bit painful trying to do some of the exercises on my still bruised knees, but I really really enjoyed today :) Did 3 circuits, 30 seconds each exercise, with running intervals between each circuit, plus a whole bunch of cross training things

Some great tunes going on today! Can't say I enjoy gym classes but find I push myself much harder than when I'm by myself. Legs were burning! oh and great revision avoidance... :)
