Trying to go on a health kick motivation with Kong. He's cutting back smoking, I'm doing more running and we're both getting our 5 a day. Let's see how long that lasts!
Been on a walking jolly with papa leakie these past few days. Who knew walking was so exhausting! Back to it now with an easy one. Going to try and work on my training consistency rather than worry too much about what distances covered.

Found that having the goal of the chevin chase really helped motivate me over the last few months. For my next goal I'm going to focus on having a good british night champs (80% clean into the controls and happy with my race) and not embarrassing myself too much at BUCS. Then I'll probably focus more on some 5 and 10km races as I can't do the JK or British Champs this year.
