Braid Hills Cross Country: Pretty much the most painful experience ever! Absolutely hating it when I was out there but glad I did it, need to teach my body that sometimes it has to run fast to do well! 23secs slower than my 2009 time but I was much fitter back then, so got to be happy with today really.

FwtN around Braids. Did the long and was feeling very slow and tired, but I enjoyed it lots. Took forever to find number 8, but apart from that and a few hesitations in the gorse it was pretty accurate.
