Orienteering race 37:45 [5] 5.6 km (6:44 / km)

Livingston urban race.
Felt seriously unfit the entire way, but really enjoyed all the little route choices. A definite challenge trying to keep control flow going in the confusing housing areas.
& my shin didn't hurt again :) I think this running once a week is sustainable :)

Spin Class. OMG this was a bit more intense than the other guy. Very glad when it ended!

Circuits. Got paired up with some old woman who was an absolute beast. Still feeling keen afterwards so stayed on for extra spinning

Spinning class. Pretty tough - lots of prolonged efforts of resistance trying to keep rpm in his specified zones. Good fun.
