So it's been a while. 3 months in the USA and very little training last semester with tonsillitis striking 3 times . Then over Christmas I had some very wise words and some sense talked back into me (thank you nev). So back to AP to motivate me. Goal just to feel good running again. Gotten my hunger for O back after a few months of not caring. Setting some fun races as goals, just going to do my own thing & hopefully relax back into regular exercise.
