Went up to Brayton Barff and did 2 laps of the bottom path and one hilly loop to the top. Felt alright, a bit heavy legged. Shin not bad, a bit twingey but manageable.

Cross trainer, bike and rowing machine alternated. A bit hungry though as thought I was going earlier and then couldn't get a lift.

Bit of a good session. 50mins cross training good HR. 20min weights machines 3*12 on each one.

20mins hight speed aerobic programme on the stair machine - very very hard work, need to get one of those in cse!
