Lovely morning run around the woods with mother in the snow, shin kind of aching a wee bit but not terrible. Did 3x15sec steep hill sprints to finish.
Make me feel slightly less guilty about eating excessive amounts of dinner later on!

In Leeds all day staying with Louis. No access to a gym until after christmas which is so frustrating since I'm allowed to run 3 times a week for 20mins over the holidays and apart from that I have no way to aerobically train
