November w/u, then 2 x 3 mini-circuits:
1). BB squats 40kg, Bench press 20kg (hopeless...), BB lateral step overs 25kg
2). BB step ups 25kg, Very very assisted pull ups, MB sit-ups
3). DB overhead press, Twisting sit-ups, DB lateral raise
