1hour adaptive motion trainer, 20mins hard rowing. felt so good and actually got my heart rate up to a decent level and didn't get bored. May be thanks to two good nights of 10hours rest that i'm feeling better.

November w/u, then 2 x 3 mini-circuits:
1). BB squats 40kg, Bench press 20kg (hopeless...), BB lateral step overs 25kg
2). BB step ups 25kg, Very very assisted pull ups, MB sit-ups
3). DB overhead press, Twisting sit-ups, DB lateral raise
Rolling
Really enjoyed this morning haha, good session.

Unfortunately my day got completely screwed up by FwtN having to print maps without internet and access to the library. Mega stress. Wanted to do an evening gym session as well but literally not a free minute today. So glad it is over. Absolutely freezing for about 4hours, bad times :(
