Nice gentle jog around the meadows, best feeling ever to be running again. Not going to get carried away but maybe just run once a week and see how it goes. Iced after & didn't feel too bad at all :)

Wu usual then:
4 x circuit
30 sec of each, 10sec change over: MB slam, 20kg BB squat, Wobble board, 20kg BB lunge, Press Ups, Deadbugs, 7kg DB row, Box jumps, Icky Shuffle. 2min break between sets.
Shadow & pairs boxing in the dance studio to finish
