3 x 12 Deadbugs
2 x 8 MB sit up throws

10 x 20sec on, 10 sec off ++ 5min cool down

Usual wu then a circuits type session:
4 x BB squats, BB lunges, Upward rows, Press Ups, Dead Bugs, Medicine Ball slams, Wobble board, Ladder thing
Followed by a boxing session with jet, haha
3 PM

Running 40:00 [3] 7.2 km (5:33 / km)

Easy jog to see how my shins are doing. Not bad but I don't really like the feel of them now so as really really enjoyable as it was, no more running for a wee while :-(

Quick bit of cross training in between my mad day of lectures. I reckon tuesday may end up as a sort of active rest day until I can do intervals again
