Felt sick the whole way. navigationally really good but my god i could not get moving for the life of me. wanted to die at every hill.

Ran up to the hough & went over the hill many times. Steep hill/gentle hill/terrain/path basically until i was bored cos it is only a tiny place!
Hard work but worked on posture & driving up the hill.
