Was freezing cold && not that enjoyable, but decided to just try some faster(ish) running than normal to improve my endurance for this kind of middle distancy length.
Hmm...pleased I didn't stop but it really shouldn't have been so much effort, although i do feel quite tired so maybe that is it??
