Cross training. Felt not too bad, a bit stiff & tired

Jogged around & did some drills with kajsa

(Not sure of my time just yet but approx.)
Cross Country - I enjoyed this race soooo much! :)
"Mind over matter" - it worked!
Think I had a grin on my face for most of the way haha, was just so nice to be out there running really hard through the mud & the puddles. Well enjoyed the descents too!
I am so proud of myself & it has given me a nice confidence boost by showing to myself that actually maybe i can run a bit better than i thought.

Didn't bother with FWTN was too far away. Nice gym sesh today, make the most of my membership! Did 25mins running & 20mins on the bike.

Bit of lunch time gyming. Did 30mins hill workout on the cross trainer & 15mins of 45sec on/off on the bike.
A few twinges but feeling okay.

Well pleased with myself. Went out last night but decided to be sensible for once & think of my training so no drinks for me - improvements to the athlete lifestyle!

Running 25:20 [4] 4.6 km (5:30 / km)
shoes: Trainers

Feeling much better today :)
Did pyramid intervals - 400m, 600m, 800m, 1km & back down.
Kept HR a bit lower than normally do on these & feel real good for it. About 85% I think.
Good stuff - dancing tonight!!
