Really was in the mood for some proper orienteering & not running so I drew last years green course from the big weekend onto a map & went out & ran that. Tried to keep HR in aerobic bit but it does seem to shoot up a lot on the hills. Just practised a few basics - compass, visulisation etc cos I'm feeling not so confident with my skills right now.
Went pretty well - it is rather confusing up there! some trouble reading map whilst running but okay.
Then came back home round bottom road.
Actually really really enjoyed this session :)
