Wanted to do a shortish run so I decide to go up Arthurs seat. Almost killed myself - was very very hard work! Did it in 3 attempts of flat out running for a min or so with a rest between each to let my HR get back down since it was up at max.
Didn't really recover after this though & found it such hard work to jog home. My HR would not go down & i felt so sick.
Ummm so maybe this session was not such a good idea - will do easier hills in the future rather than going for this one straight off!
