Wanted to do a shortish run so I decide to go up Arthurs seat. Almost killed myself - was very very hard work! Did it in 3 attempts of flat out running for a min or so with a rest between each to let my HR get back down since it was up at max.
Didn't really recover after this though & found it such hard work to jog home. My HR would not go down & i felt so sick.
Ummm so maybe this session was not such a good idea - will do easier hills in the future rather than going for this one straight off!

I feel bad for not having done any training but my parents have been to visit today & yesterday so I spent the day with them going for nice meals & shooping :) was so good!

4km time trial around the meadows. Felt really good even though i got overtaken by lots of the guys. Tried to work on my running style & posture. Very Pleased :)
