Some kind of cross training machine but not quite the same as at home, was sort of up a hill as well?? Not sure but good all the same.

FWTN 1 - Edinburgh City
Was a good training session. Ran most of it with Bex which really helped me to keep pushing && was good for a bit of tempo 'pressure' running.

I ache a lot from yesterday & was very hungry, so not feeling the best.
Got pretty confused in all the little ally ways & I couldn't read the map properly in the dark! Also very hard to spot the little tapes & spent a long while just stood in the right area searching for them to touch!!

Overall not a very good race. Didn't plan ahead enough, had no control discriptions & faffed a lot in the detailed bits. Need to be more focused next time on reading the map rather than the running I think.

EUOC circuits. Did some sprints, then with hurdles && from laying down. Jumped onto the boxes which was quite difficult. Did some sit up/crunch things which I didn't do properly cos of previous injuries. Did some weights & this weird laying down TWYA thing which hurt sooo much! haha.
Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, but lots of variation which was good.

Forgot my watch - great! So no idea on the times or anything.
Did 5 x 800m. Felt really good running wise, very strong & such, but not so great with having a cold so stopped 1 short.

Have done such little training, been so so busy, so thought I really needed a run. Just had a gentle one which was nice though, felt better afters :)
SOO windy! was running & not going anywhere! crazy stuff.
