Running warm up/down 30:00 [2]

Lots of frantic running about & then some proper drills & stuff

Running intervals 11:00 [4]

So I'm really not sure on the distance or times for this one, my watch has actually died a painful death. But did 4 sets of whatever with 90sec recovery between each.
Actually felt surprising really good during them :) && I think we were pretty consisitent with maybe a slight improvement over the reps.

My momma is coming to visit tomorrow, so maybe I won't fit in the training. I try to squeeze in an early morning jog perhaps?
Also floor sleep really does not help!

Note

Have done no actual training understandably as there has just not been time.
Done a lot of dancing though which is pretty tiring so I guess is kind of exercise. Endurance training perhaps??! :)

Orienteering race 20:00 [2]

haha, not really proper training but hilarious!
Managed to throw up which was delightful from far far too much drinks in waaay too short a time frame.
Did win the girls race though so pretty impressed - maybe that is what EBOR is good for :)

Running race 6:00 [5]

I dunno how far this was or really how long I took at all.
Had a relay with the haries. Came back 1st - oooh yeah! Clearly alcohol is the pre race food to be had.
