Running intervals 11:00 
So I'm really not sure on the distance or times for this one, my watch has actually died a painful death. But did 4 sets of whatever with 90sec recovery between each.
Actually felt surprising really good during them :) && I think we were pretty consisitent with maybe a slight improvement over the reps.
My momma is coming to visit tomorrow, so maybe I won't fit in the training. I try to squeeze in an early morning jog perhaps?
Also floor sleep really does not help!
