My first run/o event in aaaggges! - Dalby South
A poor effort - was about 15mins down. Thought I was gonna collapse, I am so unfit. Stomach still hurt a lot but I have rested it & had physio for 6 weeks now & it hasn't healed so I don't see how running will make it any worse. Had to walk about a quarter of the course though cos of it.
Navigationally I was okay but it was pretty easy. A bit scrappy at 3, 5, 6 & 12 - just small hesitations. No. 11 lost about 6mins & according to my gps I was right on top of the control several times grrr, stupid spikey forest fight trees.
Loved being able to o again but hated how bad I was & I'm quite worried that it will have made my stomach worse??

Had a little jog to the start & plenty of stretching afterwards - got soaked!
