Driving today so i couldn't go swimming, so i did some map geeking. Planned some legs and tried visulising running them and what the terrain will look like.
Also looked at Northern Night Champs map and planned the routes i would have taken and why and then compared with the fastest legs on route gadget.
Realised that even if i can't run, i should still be doing stuff like this!
No more slacking.
Foot feels a little better. Had hot water bottle on it to relax muscles.
