Driving today so i couldn't go swimming, so i did some map geeking. Planned some legs and tried visulising running them and what the terrain will look like.
Also looked at Northern Night Champs map and planned the routes i would have taken and why and then compared with the fastest legs on route gadget.

Realised that even if i can't run, i should still be doing stuff like this!
No more slacking.
Foot feels a little better. Had hot water bottle on it to relax muscles.

Woke up this morning and i can't even walk on my foot. I don't know how it has suddenly over night gone back to how it felt weeks ago.

Looks like Edinburgh is not happening anymore :'(
I am actually gutted, i feel like crying

72 lengths, felt really good.
Less people in the pool, so i managed to get my heart rate up quite high cos i could swim quickly in a straight line!

Went for strength and conditioning session at Leeds Uni. Can't do half of it cos of the foot, but did the upper body stuff.
