Did some loops of my side of the village.
Got to the point now where i'm not just running to get selected for JWOC and such, but i'm actually doing it because i enjoy it as well, ( but obviously i do still want to get to jwoc!!!! a lot! ).
I don't have to force myself to run is what i think i'm trying to say :)
Thinking - "time for my run yay" rather than "i can't be bothered but i will do it because i have to"
Makes training a whole lot easier.
