Feeling guilty for being so lazy yesterday, so worked really hard to make up for it. Wish I could run more frequently but shin management has to be top priority.

Massively beaten by the Trossachs :( Decided to just take each leg separately as training rather than fail at racing hills/terrain, but still never envisaged being out quite that long, oops. Not sure why I missed out number 3, was determined to finish so went back to get it and do the loop again - dedication!

Middle at Tulliallan - knew I would be slow so I wanted to make sure I was accurate. Apart from getting stuck in the windblow a few times I felt confident and visualised the legs well. Really happy with my course actually, even though I was miles behind! Loved the area and the planning, and felt in control the whole way :) got that gooood orienteering feeling

Been so ill this last 3 weeks, had an awful chest infection. Tried a few jogs but it has hurt so much :( Starting to feel a little better this last couple of days so I'm going to go this weekend anyway and just see how things are. Will just take things easy and enjoy the terrain :)
