Cumbrian Galoppen at Greta Gorge. Made a big parallel error at 7, was too focused on the mud rather than the orienteering! A bit slow 8-10 but apart from that middle section it was all ok.

Really slow just putting out and collecting controls from my FwtN.
Had to walk the rest of the time I was out as I had a lot of things with me and running was really uncomfortable and warm juggling it all.
Really enjoyed planning aside from the whole standing about getting cold bit :)

Braid Hills Cross Country: Pretty much the most painful experience ever! Absolutely hating it when I was out there but glad I did it, need to teach my body that sometimes it has to run fast to do well! 23secs slower than my 2009 time but I was much fitter back then, so got to be happy with today really.

FwtN around Braids. Did the long and was feeling very slow and tired, but I enjoyed it lots. Took forever to find number 8, but apart from that and a few hesitations in the gorse it was pretty accurate.
