Decided to go for an easyish run with my mum but she was too slow even for that! Did some loops of the hough and got quite into it and ended up running a bit faster than I intended to. Did some little countouring sections through a brackeny slope as well.

Running intervals 17:00 [5]

This was the most pain I have been in for such a long time! Did the pyramid intervals at the same pace I was doing them in before I got injured. Thought I was going to be sick after about 12mins, but I am really pleased I pushed through them and just got them done. Think It's given me a bit of confidence back for sprinting. Going to get this session in once a week now. It's good for me through exams too cos it's short but a nice break from revision.

Also doing extensive warm ups and downs now. No way am I getting injured ever again!

Started out on a run but I felt really tired and dizzy, don't think I had eaten enough in the day, so I just had to walk back

Ran right round the back roads. Felt guilted into it by all the people doing the marathon!
Was absolutely boiling, but I felt amazing which was really weird - Overtook lots of slow people :) I probably wasn't but i felt like i was zooming along.
Really concentrated on having good posture and droping my shoulders, worked well. Going to have a goal before every run now to really make sure I get the most out of everything.

Thought I'd have a go at pilates since I am the most unflexible person ever. Was really hard! I was the worst there by far but I am definately going to keep going whilst I have this motivation. Felt so relaxed afterwards.

Varied things. Did 35mins on cross trainer, then 10mins on the stair master (ooowch!!) then some weights. Felt like I worked pretty hard. Needed to get rid of birthday flab.

Whoo training again :) Decided to get back on here!!! Need some focus back.
Ran to hough and round 5 times with 2 hills. Felt sluggish most of the way.
