Didn’t like the controls on crags but qualified much higher than I expected considering how poo I felt!

QF - definitely made the wrong runners choice! I didn’t have a clue and had only looked at 2 of the options in the allotted 20secs lol. Came out of the choice section 10sec down in 5th which was already game over. Dropped the Finn & Russian & gained a few seconds on the 3 Swedes but it was dead running all the way to the finish with zero route choice and I realised pretty soon that I couldn’t close the gap.
Legs also not in the game anymore. I think a few months ago I could have got myself back into the race but I’m not in that shape right now.
I think knockout sprint could be really fun but they need to use better areas. An open park didn’t allow for any change in the running order / any different routes to be taken. Euromeeting was much better terrain.
