Had a really bad cough for the last 3 days which is beyond frustrating, but no choice over resting if I wanted to be in one piece this weekend. Seems to be mostly better now & not too much breathing difficultly on this run. At least my legs feel super fresh ;-)

Didn't feel brilliant but got it done & don't feel any worse afterwards. Hopefully that will kick my body back into action!
