So went to track for intervals & we ended up doing kenyan hills lol. Wasn't really a hill though, more just a very long road with a slight incline. Did a rolling thing where you run to the 2nd lampost & back, the 4th lampost & back, the 6th, 8th, 10th, 10th, 10th. Really enjoyed having company again, made me work much harder :)
