Reading Parkrun - knew it would be mega slow, but thought if I set a benchmark of what I can do completely unfit after 6 weeks out then it will motivate me to see how much training makes a difference to my times.
Was on the same time as this last Christmas and had taken 2 minutes off by Easter, so I'm still optimistic that I can eventually go sub 20.
Also this one was almost all in fields and mud - great for my shins, not so much for fast times or trainers!! Need better footwear choices next time :P
