Update!
So I had massively damaged the ligament in my ankle, hence literally no running or cross training this last 5 weeks - mega boo, I feel so unfit again!
But the big good news is that I can almost completely rotate it again without pain, so fingers crossed I will be back running by the time the London city race rocks around (although I may die on the elite class with so little training - lols).
I'm also now moved to reading and in my first working week - going to be so exhausted combining work, studying and training but waaah I can't wait :-)
