Could not sleep last night, still had my alarm set for S&C but after only 3hours of sleep i just couldn't get out of bed. Slept some more, felt better, revised and got to the gym.
35mins cycling, 25mins AMT, 5mins stretching/roller
Totally managed to go for a run today! oooh yeah :)
Mega slippy on the paths so just plodded through the snowy grass but nae pain at all!!! Iced afterwards, took ipuprofen, things seem okay.... fingers crossed...
