Usual wu then a circuits type session:
4 x BB squats, BB lunges, Upward rows, Press Ups, Dead Bugs, Medicine Ball slams, Wobble board, Ladder thing
Followed by a boxing session with jet, haha

Easy jog to see how my shins are doing. Not bad but I don't really like the feel of them now so as really really enjoyable as it was, no more running for a wee while :-(
