I decided i was in desperate need of some training so even though i hate it went and did 70 lengths of the pool. Was really hard work actually and for some reason my legs really ached after?!!
I think i will go swimming some more in the next week cos it's the best thing i can do.

Decided i am not going to run the northern night champs :(( even though i really want to...I want to be fit for Edinburgh Street race, so it's not happening. Still icing/massaging leg/foot/ankle. Feeling a bit better but sore.
