Ran to Hambleton Hough before the session and then once round and back afterwards, with some drills and stretches

Did 6 x hill reps with active recovery ~
Sprinted to the top of the hough (nb, not a very large hill !!) 45sec, then jogged back down to the bottom through the bracken using that as my recovery, so once i reached the bottom i went straight back up.
My legs burned! i'm so pathetic. Had to be a short session though, having a social day and needed to fit in some form of training between.
