Did some core work and some leg exercises/weights. Was quite good but i just feel so lazy and it's frustrating me like mad that i can't go for a run.
Decided that i would do some geeking instead, so spent an hour having a look at last years JWOC maps/splits/route choices and seeing where i would have gone. Thought this was a beneficial thing to do, and pleased to say i almost always picked the best route!! love swedish terrain :)

Doctors appointment booked for tomorrow, i will get this sorted out, have put it off for way too long now.
