Left calf was a little sore at the end of yesterday and felt it slightly this morning too so decided to have a resty and just enjoy the trip to UEA watching the Pirates beat the Falcons.

Fantastic forest-based training - from High Lodge Warren, mostly in the terrain adjacent to the tracks (Sarah cycling and Doglet trotting along doing her thing too). Good workout of thighs etc...

Early start to drive to Framlingham for a school review. Back mid afternoon but felt tired from two races so took it easy to recover.
