Woke early and felt tired from 3 days of some distance and effort - managed an hour's nap late afternoon and took dog out for short walk up to the Green in the dark which we both enjoyed.

Up the Pheasants Track (with lots of deaduns from an afternoon's blasting out of the sky)... and back through the village afters.

Tempo reps - 6 x 5mins (1 min rec) - Pheasants Track, A14 Track and Devil's Dyke - finishing on the village footpath. Nice - struggled but it's been a long while since I did something like this.

Felt tired from late night gig (Mastodon at UEA) - but managed to get out for this amazing hike around Soham with Doglet. In wellies and over every type of local terrain from paths to streets via common and ploughed field. Even got some Oing in navigating using the OS on my phone :)
