At physio who really got to the heart of the pains - glute medials which are ridiculously tight and sore... even up to around hip and lower back too. No running until next appointment and lots of rolling and exercises to work on legs. Hopefully can gym, swim and cycle.

Well it started so well - lovely trot on the route from Barnsdale Hall Hotel along Rutland Water and back... then pain in lower hamstring (tendon behind knee) appeared and I had to stop. Hobbled back to hotel.
